That's the ethos that my group exercise classes are built around and that's the reason why no class is ever the same! Different workouts, challenges, equipment & formats all designed to make keeping fit fun!

CIRCUITS

MONDAYS 18:00 - 19:00

Total body fitness & conditioning circuits class.

Multiple exercise stations including kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, ropes and bodyweight exercises working in pairs to a timed round before moving to the next station.

Fast-paced, lots of fun & variety to work your total body with both resistance & cardiovascular exercises all under the glow of nothing but disco lights - a great class to start with to build your confidence!

STRENGTH CAMP

SATURDAYS 07:30 - 08:15

Boot camp style workout mixed with old-school strength training. Start your weekend off right and get moving under nothing but the sky!

 

We lift, we sweat, we work. Tractor tyre flipping, farmers carrys, keg lifts and many more old-school training methods. This is your one-stop-shop strength & conditioning workout with not a dumbbell in sight!

BODY BLAST

TUESDAYS 18:15 - 19:15

Focused & progressive legs, bums, torso & tums resistance training.

 

Working in groups of 3+ in a non-stop giant set, switching stations on the minute, every minute  specifically working one area of your body at a time with intense bouts of resistance exercise.

 

This format is individual progression-friendly giving you the ability to increase your workload to to challenge your body every time you attend
