We have no reason to hold us to our goal long after the initial motivation to do it has waned.

 

But on MBM there are multiple accountability tools & projects that we'll use to keep you focused so you stay the course and GUARANTEE results!

At the beginning of the programme you'll also send the 'future you' multiple emails that get delivered half-way through the programme and on the day the programme finishes! A message from the past to remind you of how you felt going into the programme.

TRACKING YOUR RESULTS

Physically as well as mentally, we need to see our results. After all, nothing breeds progress more than progress!

So at the beginning of the programme, you'll take before & after pictures and track your progress using measurements & weight.

We'll also track your mental changes too with a 'Homework' exercise later in the programme so that you can see just how far you've come with your thinking and habits in just 8 weeks!

We're chasing huge amounts of fat loss yes, but transformation is about far more than just your body fat level. We want to fix your relationship with food & movement so you can enjoy life; free from the self-deprecating thinking of the past!
