Class Description
Total body fitness & conditioning circuits class. Multiple exercise stations including kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, ropes and bodyweight exercises working in pairs to a timed round before moving to the next station. Fast-paced, lots of fun & variety to work your total body with both resistance & cardiovascular exercises all under the glow of nothing but disco lights - a great class to start with to build your confidence!

Before booking, please be aware that all class bookings are fixed and non-refundable once booked whether paying online or in person. Please note if you book and are unable to attend for any reason, the class fee will still be required as a place has been allocated to you.
